About Black Hills Concrete Specialties

Mark and Laura Keller started their first construction business in 1998, although Mark has worked in the building industry since 1988. At first, we installed in-ground swimming pools and spas, as well as decorative concrete, which also led us to concrete overlays, concrete re-surfacing, concrete staining, concrete sealing, and installing concrete coatings. Over the years, our sons (and son-in-law) have joined the business, and they install most of the concrete coatings, as well as help Mark Sr. install concrete flatwork. We don’t build new pools anymore, but we occasionally come across a pool that needs help, either with the pool decking or in need of an epoxy pool coating, which we have done for clients like the Elk Horn Ridge RV Resort and the Deadwood Mountain Grand.
